Who we are

We exist for a specific moment: when a company faces a high-stakes software or engineering decision and needs senior expertise it can't supply internally. That is what we bring: depth most independent advisors, and many larger firms, cannot match — without the overhead of a traditional consultancy.

For two decades, our work has spanned environments where getting software wrong is expensive. That includes space, entertainment, healthcare, large-scale EU public-sector systems, and SaaS platforms from translation to satellite-constellation software.

It also includes programmes of €10M and above and engineering teams scaled from a handful to fifty and beyond. We have run operations for 200-plus-person organisations and distributed teams across six or more countries. We know what good looks like at scale — and what trouble looks like early.

We advise at any stage of the product lifecycle — from early idea and MVP, through production, scaling, maintenance and modernisation — pairing engineering leadership with hands-on product management.

Remote-first is a deliberate choice, not a compromise. It keeps us lean, lets us work across borders, and means you pay for expertise, not office space. Where delivery is needed, we draw on a vetted engineering-talent network to assemble distributed teams we know how to govern.
